At LED Halo, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind every lighting kit we sell.

12-Month Limited Warranty

Your LED Halo is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If your product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the product.

What Is Covered
 

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty materials

• Faulty workmanship

• Failure under normal intended use

​What Is Not Covered​

​

This warranty does not cover:​

​

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect

• Incorrect installation or modification of the product

• Accidental damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by extreme weather events, flooding or fire

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Your name

• Order number or proof of purchase

• A description of the issue

• Photos or a short video showing the fault

We aim to assess all warranty claims within 3–5 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

​

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
